As a Product Design Lead at KnowledgeCity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our e-learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, engaging, and effective designs for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will span from high-level strategy to hands-on design work, ensuring our products meet the highest usability and aesthetic standards. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design.

You will work across multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work rather than transitioning into a management-focused role.

• Design system and consistency.

Your role involves maintaining a cohesive design system and ensuring design consistency across all platforms.

• Team management.

You will lead a team of designers, optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and achieve impactful results.

• Product development.

You will be responsible for the design strategy, backlog, and design decisions alongside the product team.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Design Lead or Art Director.
• More than 5 years of experience in product design.
• High level of Figma usage is a must. Confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, Lottie, etc.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies from problem definition to final implementation.
• A strategic mindset that allows you to analyze the entire service and propose solutions beyond isolated tasks.
• Independence and the ability to handle tasks with varying levels of uncertainty.
• A proactive approach to improving and streamlining team processes.
• The ability to simplify complex problems into clear and effective design solutions.
• Accurate and attentive to details.
• English and Russian language is a must.
