Challenges that await you
Prepare, process, and manage HR documentation in accordance with internal standards and the legal requirements of various countries.
Provide consultation to employees on employment matters, contract relations, and other HR processes.
Analyze and apply legal regulations related to labor relations across different jurisdictions.
Handle complex employment cases with multiple variables, identify optimal solutions, and oversee their implementation.
Conduct internal training sessions, meetings, and consultations for employees, clarifying the nuances of legislation and HR processes.
Coordinate with external organisations, legal advisors, and partners to resolve issues promptly.
What makes you a great fit
A higher education degree (preferably in HR, law, or related fields).
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation in various countries.
Experience in HR, ideally with People Partnership functions or in providing administrative support for HR processes.
Ability to analyze complex employment cases and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and accessible manner.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and the willingness to quickly adapt to new tasks.
